Dibbabay.com is owned and operated by East Coast Shellfish LLC and Dibba Bay Restaurant. East Coast Shellfish LLC is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Please read and understand these terms and conditions (or “terms”) carefully before accessing any of this site’s services. Whenever you access this website, these terms apply by default, and we reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

“Farm Tour” shall refer to a tour of the onshore facility at Dibba Bay Farm located in Dibba, Fujairah and may or may not include a boat trip to the actual farm located on East Coast shellfish LLC’s sea concession.

“Ticket” shall refer to any form of paid or complimentary entrance voucher or reference number which identifies the holder as having purchased or been given permission to access a Tour or Event organised by East Coast Shellfish LLC.

Eligibility

By accessing our website, you warrant that you are above 18 years of age and are competent to fully understand and agree to the conditions, policies, and terms set forth.

Payments

When purchasing from Dibbabay.com, you will be required to input personal information such as your name, contact details, address, and payment card information. You agree that all such information provided is complete and accurate.

You will be advised of any applicable shipping fees before finalizing your payment.

Any charges (including shipping fees) incurred upon completing a successful transaction will be levied upon provided payment card.

All orders are subject to a minimum spend which excludes shipping costs.

All prices on the website are displayed in AED. When you purchase using a payment card denominated in a currency other than AED, the payment will be subjected to a conversion rate levied by your card issuer.

Farm Tours/Events

Tickets purchased cannot be refunded except for in the circumstances detailed below.

East Coast Shellfish LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone Tours/Events at its sole discretion with a 48-hour prior notice of a scheduled Tour/Event.

You can apply for a refund within 7 days of cancellation if previously scheduled Farm Tours/Events are canceled for any reason. If the Farm Tour/Event is postponed, you have the option of using the Tickets for the new date of the Farm Tour or requesting a refund within 7 days of the postponement.

If East Coast Shellfish LLC, at its sole discretion, accepts the request for a refund, then the refund will be issued via the same method that the original payment was made.  If payment was made by credit or debit card, then the refund will be made to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold up to 5% of the original purchase value being refunded to cover administration costs and bank charges in processing the refund.

Refunds will not be granted if a Farm Tour/Event is abandoned once it has begun due to any reason such as but not limited to weather conditions, earthquake, fire, flood, death, acts of God, war, insurrection, strike, lockout, failure in power supply, the action of a governmental body, or any other cause as a result of force majeure that is not reasonably within our control.

East Coast Shellfish LLC reserves the right to cancel/adjust any element of the Tour/Event as deemed necessary to ensure the safety of visitors.

By purchasing through the Website, you are agreeing to this Refunds Policy.

To request a refund based on the circumstances detailed above please contact us by email at info@dibbabay.com. Please make sure you include your order number, email address, and full name to help us serve you. 

Due to the limited number of spots available all Events, no refunds will be given in case you are not able to attend.

For Events organised at one of East Coast Shellfish LLC's restaurants (at Fishing Harbor 2, Umm Suqeim 1 &  Sheraton JBR), cancellations with full refunds are accepted up to 72 hours before the event. To apply for a cancellation, please email info@dibbabay.com or call 054 438 8537 for assistance.

By attending an event, you are agreeing to being filmed. Footage captured may be used for marketing purposes. 

World Oyster Day Competition

• 150 oysters (size based on availability)
• Service for 2 hours
• Serving Ice & condiments
• Delivery to any location in Dubai

 

Important note: The Prize is not transferable to any alternative service or cash equivalent

 

Liability

East Coast Shellfish LLC will not be held responsible for or liable for any issues, damages, lost items, or physical injuries arising from the Farm Tour for which anyone using the Website bought Tickets.

Delivery

You can schedule your delivery by picking a time slot most convenient for you at checkout.

While we promise delivery within 90 to 100 minutes within Dubai, sometimes there may be delays due to unforeseeable events. We will keep you updated as much as we can in such a situation.
